The PTC ptcsystem® Hose‑Set is a professional kit designed for the internal cleaning of hydraulic hoses from DN6 to DN50. With its high-strength aluminium launcher and its 10 interchangeable nozzles, it effectively removes solid particles, manufacturing residues, and contaminants that may cause hydraulic failures.

Operating with compressed air between 6 and 8 bar, the system propels high-speed cleaning projectiles, ensuring extraction far superior to simple air blowing. According to the 2026 brochure, the ptcsystem® significantly reduces the primary contamination, responsible for 70 to 80% of hydraulic failures, and improves the reliability of installations from the moment of commissioning.

Compact, ergonomic and delivered in a robust aluminium case, the Hose‑Set is ideal for workshops, hydraulic repairers, hose manufacturers and on-site interventions requiring quick and reliable cleaning.
